• 3.2. Full payment must be made at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Design Customization

• 4.1. We strive to replicate requested designs as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact duplication
• 4.2. Customers must approve the design before application begins. Any additional changes may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

• 5.1. Ensure hands and feet are clean and free of oils or lotions before application.
• 5.2. Avoid washing or smudging the Mehandi for a minimum of 4-6 hours after application for best results.

6. Liability

• 6.1. Shagun Mehandi Arts is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. A patch test can be conducted upon request.
• 6.2. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
